These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the Stack For Wellness internal operations platform at app.stackforwellness.com (the "Service"), operated by Stonepath Brands LLC, doing business as Stack For Wellness ("we", "us").
These Terms are separate from the terms that govern purchases on our storefront. For storefront purchases, see the storefront Terms of Service.
Authorized use
Stonepath Brands LLC operates the Service solely for its own stores and business operations. It is not offered to the public. We do not accept third-party accounts. No one outside Stonepath Brands LLC and its owner is authorized to use the Service.
Acceptable use
You must not try to access the Service or its connected accounts without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Google user data

No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonepath Brands LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
