The internal operations platform that runs the back office of the Stack For Wellness store and the other stores of Stonepath Brands LLC.

This is an internal automation platform. It is not a public product and has no sign-up. It accesses Google user data only for Google Accounts owned or operated by Stonepath Brands LLC or its owner. See our Privacy Policy.

What this is

Stack For Wellness is an operations platform built and operated by Stonepath Brands LLC, doing business as Stack For Wellness. It automates routine work for our own e-commerce stores: email, supplier correspondence, product research records, and store content checks.

Only the business owner uses the platform. It does not accept outside users or third-party accounts, and it is not offered for sale.

What it does

• Email triageReads and sorts incoming email in company mailboxes, such as joel@stackforwellness.com and support@stackforwellness.com, and flags messages that need attention.
• Supplier correspondenceDrafts supplier outreach emails. A person reviews and approves each draft before it is sent.
• Supplier and product recordsKeeps supplier tracking spreadsheets and product research documents in Google Drive up to date.
• Store content checksMonitors and reports on content published to our storefronts.
• Operator alertsSends operational notifications and summaries to the business owner through Slack and Telegram.

How it uses Google data

With the account owner's permission, the platform connects to Google services through Google's official APIs:

• Gmail — to read, sort, draft, and send business email.
• Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs — to maintain supplier tracking sheets and product research documents.
• Google Calendar — to read and update business scheduling.
• Google Contacts — to look up contacts when routing correspondence.

How we handle data

• We never sell Google user data.
• We never use Google user data for advertising.
• We never use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models.
• Access is limited to Google Accounts owned or operated by Stonepath Brands LLC or its owner.
